We need volunteer help for these jobs...

COURSE MARKING:
7:00am - 5:00pm (thursday)
We walk the entire course with 40 lb packs full of marking gear. It takes all day to tag every intersection with arrows, and place confidence flags at regular intervals.

AID STATION SETUP:
7:00am - 5:00pm (friday)
We need to setup tents & tables, then haul everything out to each station. Fortunately, every station is on a road and easy to drive up to.

PACKETS & REGISTRATION:
Noon - 6:00pm (friday)
6:00am - 8:00am (race morning)
This team requires two people who have experience doing this, and two assistants. Also, this job is on two different days and we need the same people to manage both days.

RACE MORNING PARKING:
6:00am - 8:00am
The race is during the day, but people arrive in the dark. We need to direct them where to park. This could use somewhere between 4 and 8, depending on how many come.

MEDICAL:
7:00am - 7:00pm
We already have a medical lead, but could use a doctor. And, more medical support is always appreciated.

AID STATION SUPPORT:
5:30am - 7:00pm
Two hardy souls to make sure every aid station has what it needs whenever they need it. They would also be responsible for tearing down the stations after the event is over and bringing everything back to the start. Of particular importance is the supply of water & ice.

COURSE CLEANING:
3:00pm-7:00pm
We need 2 teams of 2 people each. They go out behind the last runner to pickup everything we put out there to mark the course... and any trash as well. Its not a tough job but it is a tough job. We provide the packs, water, and care.

SAG:
3:00pm-7:00pm
I'd love to have at least one person to follow the last runner. This allows us to know the course is clear. Of note - this person runs for free and becomes an official finisher. (guaranteed last place)

AID STATION STAFF:
7:00am - 7:00pm
I need one aid station captain at each of 4 aid stations with 3 to 5 people to work for the aid station captain. No experience is necessary. Work hours for each station is listed below.
